About Me

I’m Ashley Manta, a certified sexologist, relationship coach, educator, and the creator of The Pussy Whisperer® method.

For nearly two decades, I’ve helped people have more honest conversations about sex, intimacy, pleasure, and desire. My work sits at the intersection of practical sex education, relationship coaching, body awareness, erotic communication, and shame-free pleasure guidance.

The Pussy Whisperer® method grew out of something I kept seeing in my work: people want better sex, but most of them were never taught how to understand their bodies, ask for what they want, receive without performing, or touch a partner with real attunement. They were socialized to experience pleasure in silence, carry shame, and base their skills on “this has worked so far.” Then they were expected to magically become confident lovers.

That gap is where I do my best work.

My approach is warm, direct, body-literate, and deeply practical. I help women and couples understand what is happening beneath the surface: the shame, pressure, people-pleasing, overthinking, mismatched desire, communication breakdowns, and old stories that can make pleasure feel harder than it needs to be.

I bring extensive training and lived experience to this work, including certification as a sexologist, Bodysex® coach in Betty Dodson’s lineage, six months of Internal Family Systems-informed coaching training, certification as a hypnotist, Reiki Master training, and training in energy sex facilitation. I’ve spoken at conferences, universities, retreats, and private events, and my work has been featured in major media outlets.
